1. About Bibbli
Bibbli creates Bible songs, animated stories, characters, educational resources, and other content designed to help children and families engage with Scripture and discover who God is and what He is like.
Some Bibbli content may be made available through third-party platforms such as YouTube or other music and media services. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
2. Using Bibbli Content
Bibbli's public content is provided for personal, family, educational, church, and ministry use as described in these Terms.
You may watch and listen to Bibbli content with your family and share links to publicly available Bibbli content.
Churches, schools, homeschool groups, Sunday school classes, children's ministries, and similar groups may use publicly available Bibbli videos and songs in ordinary, in-person educational or ministry settings, provided the content is accessed through an authorized Bibbli or third-party source and is not copied, altered, resold, or redistributed.
Additional terms or permissions may accompany particular curriculum, downloads, printables, or other resources. When they do, those terms also apply.
3. Ownership of Content
BibbliKids.com and the original content made available through it may include songs, lyrics, recordings, videos, animation, illustrations, characters, artwork, graphics, photographs, stories, written materials, curriculum, logos, designs, website copy, and other creative works.
These materials are owned by Bibbli Media or used with permission from the applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Bibbli content or intellectual property to you.
Third-party content, trademarks, music, technology, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Permitted Sharing
We want families to share Bibbli.
You may share links to publicly available Bibbli webpages, YouTube videos, social media posts, and other authorized Bibbli content.
You may also use platform-provided sharing or embedding features when those features are offered by Bibbli or the platform hosting the content.
When sharing Bibbli content, please preserve its original attribution and context.
5. Uses That Require Permission
Unless we give you permission or a particular resource expressly allows it, you may not:
- download or copy Bibbli videos, recordings, animations, artwork, curriculum, or other content for redistribution;
- reproduce or republish substantial portions of Bibbli content on another website, app, platform, channel, product, or service;
- sell, license, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute Bibbli content;
- alter Bibbli content and distribute the altered version as Bibbli content;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other ownership notices;
- use Bibbli characters, logos, artwork, songs, recordings, videos, or other creative assets to create or sell merchandise or other products;

6. Bibbli Names, Logos, and Characters
The Bibbli name, Bibbli Kids name, logos, visual identity, character names and designs, and other brand elements are valuable parts of the Bibbli brand.
You may not use these elements in a way that suggests your product, organization, website, channel, event, or service is produced, sponsored, or endorsed by Bibbli without our permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants a trademark license or other right to use Bibbli branding except as reasonably necessary to identify or link to authentic Bibbli content.
7. Stories and Testimonials
Adults may submit stories or testimonials through BibbliKids.com.
Story submissions are governed by the Story Submission Terms presented when a story is submitted. Those terms explain the permissions you give Bibbli when submitting a story and how an approved story may be used.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Story Submission Terms regarding a submitted story, the Story Submission Terms govern that submission.
8. Newsletter and Communications
Adults age 18 or older may choose to receive Bibbli news and updates.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Children's Use
Bibbli is created for children and families. Children can enjoy the public content on BibbliKids.com without creating an account or providing personal information to Bibbli.
Features that request personal information, including newsletter subscriptions, story submissions, and curriculum requests, are intended for adults.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of websites, apps, and third-party services.

11. Biblical and Educational Content
Bibbli creates faith-based educational and entertainment content based on biblical stories and Christian teaching.
Our songs, videos, stories, and resources involve creative choices about storytelling, language, interpretation, chronology, visual representation, and age-appropriate presentation.
We encourage parents, churches, teachers, and ministry leaders to engage directly with Scripture and determine how Bibbli resources fit within their family's, church's, school's, or ministry's teaching.
Bibbli content is provided for educational, devotional, and entertainment purposes and is not intended to replace pastoral, theological, educational, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
12. Availability and Changes
We may add, update, change, suspend, or remove content or features from BibbliKids.com from time to time.
We may also change where content is hosted or how it is made available.
We do not guarantee that every song, video, resource, feature, or third-party service will always remain available.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
We work hard to create thoughtful, high-quality content and to keep BibbliKids.com operating reliably.
However, to the extent permitted by law, BibbliKids.com and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that every piece of content will be free from errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bibbli Media and the people involved in creating and operating Bibbli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of BibbliKids.com or third-party services linked from it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may update these Terms as Bibbli grows, our services change, or legal requirements evolve.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of BibbliKids.com after updated Terms become effective means that your use of the site will be governed by the updated Terms.
